Terms of service
Short, because there is not much to it. You pay a flat fee for a diagnosis, you get the price in writing before anything is ordered, and the work carries a warranty.
Independence
Kindling Range Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.
Wolf is a trademark of Sub-Zero Group, Inc.. It appears on this site only to identify the appliances Kindling Range Service repairs.
The diagnostic
$129 flat diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you go ahead with it. It is charged whether or not you go ahead, because the technician's time and travel have already been spent. If you do go ahead, it comes off the total.
Estimates
You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labour is billed. If a second fault is found once the appliance is open, work stops and you get a revised estimate before it continues.
Warranty
90 days on labour and 365 days on parts, from the date of the repair. Genuine OEM parts are used throughout. The warranty covers the fault we repaired and the part we fitted. It does not cover a different fault, damage from a power event, or an appliance that has been worked on by someone else in the meantime.
Access and safety
Someone over 18 needs to be at the property for the visit. Built-in appliances sometimes have to come out of the cabinet to be worked on, and we will tell you before that happens. Gas connections are reconnected and leak-tested before we leave.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
